These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of online services by MERIDIAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SL (hereinafter "the Company"), a company incorporated under Spanish law with CIF B51394820, registered address at Carrer de las Navas de Tolosa, 250, 08027 Barcelona, Spain. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Company provides professional online services including custom web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile application development, SEO and digital marketing, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, API integration and backend development, cybersecurity audits, database design and optimization, and IT consulting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold or delivered.
3. Order Process
Submitting an order form on this website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. After receiving your order request, the Company will contact you via email to confirm the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. A binding agreement is formed only upon written confirmation by both parties. The Company reserves the right to decline any order request at its sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are indicative starting prices in Euros (€). Final pricing is determined based on the specific requirements of each project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed upon individually and specified in the project agreement. The Company may require a deposit before commencing work.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. The Company retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party components, libraries, and frameworks used in the delivery of services remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in the individual project agreement. In general, work completed prior to cancellation is billable. Refunds for digital services are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
10. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
